Here is my first post about something I couldn’t do without: A BebeSounds Nasal Aspirator
Oh my gosh I can’t describe what a life saver this has been. Each time I used the aspirator bulb the hospital gave us, I either sucked snot and brains out of my sons nose because I caused too much suction or I didn’t get anything because I was afraid I was hurting the nose walls inside.
And because our Scooter had pneumonia-you can be rest assured he had a lot of snot coming out of that nose the first few months of life.
I love this device because it is easy to insert-small enough for my son’s small nose openings-it gets far enough back to get that booger way in the back-and he seemed to like it too! Each time we started the suction he would lean his own head back and wait for it.
It comes with music, but we never used it.
It is easy to clean-a lot easier than the bulb. The pieces come apart easy enough and I just use a toothpick to make sure the nose piece is clear.
Next time I go to a baby shower-this is definitely going to be an option for a gift!
